Welcome to ZeroOhm AI, a beta platform operated by InitX (a sole proprietorship registered in India), designed to provide AI-powered PCB design validation services. Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") carefully before accessing or using our website or services. By using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, using any feature of the platform, or uploading files, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. Definitions

"We", "us", or "our" refers to InitX, operating the platform ZeroOhm AI.
"User" or "you" refers to any individual or entity using the platform.
"Platform" means the ZeroOhm AI website and all related services.

3. Services Offered

ZeroOhm AI provides the following services:

Upload and storage of PCB schematic and layout files
AI-powered validation and feedback of uploaded PCB designs
Dashboard-based project management
Email communication for status updates, results, and promotional messages

Currently, these services are offered under a free beta program.

4. Account Creation and Eligibility

To use the platform:

You must provide your name and a valid email address
Optionally, you may provide your company name
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

5. User Content and Intellectual Property

You retain full ownership of all intellectual property and content you upload to the platform.

By using the platform:

You grant us permission to temporarily store and process your files for validation purposes
We do not use your uploaded files for training AI models without anonymization
We do not claim ownership over your schematics or layouts
You confirm you have the right to upload such content and that it does not infringe third-party rights

6. Usage Restrictions

You agree not to:

Reverse engineer, copy, or create derivative works of the platform or its components
Upload malicious, harmful, or illegal content
Use the service for unlawful or unethical purposes
Interfere with the integrity or performance of the service

7. Beta Disclaimer

You acknowledge that:

The platform is in beta and may contain bugs or incomplete features
Validation results are advisory and may not detect every issue
The service is not a substitute for expert design reviews or simulations

8. Data Use and Third-Party Services

We store user data and project files on Supabase with encryption
We utilize OpenAI and Google Gemini to process and validate design files
We use Vercel Analytics to improve website performance
Email communication may occur via third-party email APIs

9. Termination and Deletion

Users may request deletion of their account and associated data at any time by contacting us.

We may suspend or delete accounts that:

Violate these Terms
Abuse the platform
Remain inactive for extended periods

10. No Refund Policy

As we do not currently charge for usage, no refund policy applies. When paid services launch, this section will be updated.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

We disclaim liability for damages resulting from your use or inability to use the platform
We are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including lost profits or design/manufacturing failures

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.

13. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Users will be notified via email or platform notice. Continued use of the platform after changes implies acceptance of the new Terms.
