  • Full Name
  • Email Address
  • Company Name (optional)

b. Project Data:

  • Uploaded PCB schematic and layout files
  • Metadata associated with project uploads (timestamps, filenames, etc.)

c. Analytics:

  • Page visits and interaction logs via Vercel Analytics (non-identifiable data only)

We do not collect:

  • IP addresses
  • Device fingerprints
  • Personal location data

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information collected for the following purposes:

  • To provide our core services (AI-powered PCB validation)
  • To maintain and improve platform functionality
  • To respond to support queries or service issues
  • To notify users of project status, updates, or platform changes
  • To send periodic newsletters and promotional content (you may opt-out)

3. File Storage and Security

  • Your files are securely stored on Supabase, which uses encrypted storage buckets.
  • Access to your files is restricted and available only to authorized services and processes.
  • Files are never publicly visible unless explicitly shared by you.

4. AI and Data Processing

We use third-party AI services (OpenAI and Google Gemini) to analyze your uploaded designs. Your files may be:

  • Parsed, cleaned, and temporarily processed for generating validation feedback
  • Anonymized for internal model testing and improvement

We do not use your identifiable data to train commercial models or for any unrelated use.

5. Third-Party Services

We integrate with the following third-party services:

  • OpenAI & Google Gemini: for AI-powered validation
  • Vercel Analytics: for non-identifiable usage insights
  • Supabase: for file storage, authentication, and database services

We do not sell or trade your data with advertisers or external marketers.

6. Data Retention

We retain user data as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you services. You may request deletion at any time.

  • Project files and metadata may be purged after extended inactivity or account deletion
  • Anonymized data used for internal development may be retained

7. Your Rights

You have the following rights:

  • Right to Delete: You can request full deletion of your account and associated data
  • Right to Withdraw Consent: You may unsubscribe from emails or withdraw marketing permissions
  • Right to Access (Pending): We currently do not offer a data export feature but plan to support it in future updates

We are not yet fully GDPR or CCPA compliant but are working toward adopting best practices in data protection.

We may contact you via email for:

  • Platform status notifications or security alerts

You may unsubscribe from promotional content at any time by using the opt-out link in emails.
